I spent the first 21 years of my life being the skinny kid with absolutely no athletic abilities.
I was usually the last picked for dodge ball... (small tear).
I weighed 125 pounds when I graduated college. Clothes just hung off of me like a hanger.
I have authored this book for two reasons:
1. I felt like an idiot my first time in the gym and I don't want anyone else to go through that same experience. It shouldn't be that way.
2. I want more people to get off their butts and do something... for themselves!
